This is cool

Be honest with yourself. Do you sincerely want to be in the Word more? If not, no app can help you, no matter how well its designed. If, however, you are serious about wanting to deepen your relationship with God and are looking for a good way to do so in a busy schedule, this is the perfect app. I particularly like that you can make notes directly beneath the question, which forces me to engage with the Scripture rather than passing over. The verses are well chosen, the content is personalized, and the questions are simple. Love it. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that it doesnt seem like you can change the default Bible. Also, I do hope more third parties add tracks. Its a very cool feature.

I never rate apps, but Im so strongly compelled to review this one. Please, please download goTandem. Mine is set to deliver 3 sets of verses/messages a day, and I look FORWARD to them. Ive been struggling to stay engaged with the Bible and knew that my heart wasnt in the right spot most of the day. I hoped that an app like this, which caters to your own struggles, would help me grow and focus more on the truth and on our God. Wow, what a difference! Couldnt recommend it enough. Its SO convicting, not just feel-good verses. And the follow-up questions often give me insights into the reasonings behind commandments or the ultimate goodness of our Lord and fallibility of my judgements. Mmm. 5 stars without hesitation. It loads and opens quickly and the notes section is great for thoughts ;)

This is my favorite app! Answer a few simple questions to get started, and it is right on track!!!

Sends me messages of encouragement all throughout the day as I have set them to come every hour. Seems as though even when Im at my lowest a message comes through at the right time to lift me up. Kinda makes me feel like God is sending me them sometimes :) God bless the people that created this app!

To many devotional have you read a scripture verse or passage then share a short story the tell you what the verse or passage is saying. The great thing about GoTandum is that they have us read a verse or passage then ask a question and you must then determine what that verse or passage is saying to you. I love to use GoTandum for real meditating on what the Holy Spirit whats to say to me. Before opening up GoTandum, I relax, breathe deep, clear my head of any distracting thought and welcome the Holy Spirit to speak to me threw what I am about to read. As I read, I may re-read several times over or even read the entire chapter. I then put thought into what is being said and what the Holy Spirit may be wanting to reveal to me and write my thoughts in the notes. I even find myself going back to GoTandum during the day and adding a few more thoughts. And then in the evening, I will sit to relax before going to bed and re-read that days passage and even think of a few more thoughts. Many thanks to GoTandum for creating this and allowing us to think for ourselves. Great job!

Personally, this has been right on point on so many instances. Its been a great app to help me grow in knowing I am and more importantly who God is.

Stopped working with new iPhone update :( please fix soon!!!

The app is nice, but the biggest problem I have with it is that some of the verses the app gives me arent even the actual verse. Either they take the verse and change a few things to give it a different meaning, or they just give the name of a verse but put in their own words, hey wait isnt it a sin to change whats in the Bible? The app is still nice and most of the verses I had have been untouched, this problem has been happening recently and is just appearing more and more. I recommend keeping a Bible at hand when using this app.

This app helps you to keep Bible verses close at hand. You can even personalize the focus of the verses to help you face whatever struggles you are going through right now. Well done!

Such a wonderful app to suit my lifestyle. Though it doesnt replace time set aside for God, it prompts me with insights and encouragement just like a text message would. The reflection questions arent cookie cutter discussion questions either; they force me to pay closer attention to the verse in front of me.

I love this app. It really has helped me deepen my relationship with God. The track feature is great to help focus but I would love to see more of them, especially ones that deal with specific issues. Thank You
